Warblers are always difficult to identify and even more difficult to click decent images, since they are always on the run. Was lucky enough to witness and photograph this Sulphur-bellied warbler who was bathing at the small puddle.

Jumping spider. They are the most common species but they are hard to chase. While I was finding the subject to click, I spotted this little spider posing for the camera in my garden. For me, clicking jumping spider in his habitat with so much colors around has been an enthralling one.
Title: Crab-plover with crab The crab-plover or crab plover is a bird related to the waders, but sufficiently distinctive to merit its own family Dromadidae. This slender shorebird with an over-sized bill subsists on a diet dominated by crabs. I found this moment on the bank of Mandvi beach during my Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat photographic tour. I was lucky to get this nice habitat shot.

I kept on visiting nearby lake from my place to get this image. I knew the favorite spot of the Green Bee Eater as they normally land to their perch after a kill. The challenge was that it gets a dragonfly exactly before the sunset so that I could click it with beautiful bokeh. So after numerous visits, I was able to frame what I desired.

I photographed this image on February 2022 from Purbasthali. In my third day boat safari when I took rest on boat suddenly I heard z-z-z-z-z sound nearly and I found a Black drongo caught a huge dragonfly and tried to kill that. That Drongo took much time to successfully killed that dragonfly. Here is a moment of last time when the full body of that Dragonfly was inside the Drongo's beak and some parts were sticking out of the Drongo's beak.

The Breakfast Battle I was all alone in the bird hide, having waited for more than an hour with little success. Suddenly a flurry of activity started, and this pair of male Malabar parakeets started squabbling over the food available. Photographed at a bird hide, Hosanagara, Shimoga district. Food provided by humans - rice husk. January, 2022.
