Osprey [Female] It was a regular winter day at Purbasthaly, North Bardhaman (which was a very popular place for bird watcher and photographers). Many times I have seen this mighty bird but this time I was lucky to see the showdown. It was a female Osprey which came with her prey, eat it and then flew away with half of her food. Those 10 breathtaking minutes was worthy enough to explain my experience of that moment through this photograph. What a beauty our mother nature has given us.

The Golden mist After the scorching heat wave, Tadoba woke to a misty morning. Sunbeams fought through the fog, turning the forest into a golden maze. Rain-washed clean, the air smelled of earth and awakening plants. A herd of spotted deer emerged, their coats gleaming like jewels. Cautiously, they stepped out, then nosed through the undergrowth, their return echoing the forest's renewal. The rising sun watched, casting a golden glow over the scene.

With a keen eye, it watches over its domain, ensuring the safety of its unhatched offspring. As a protective measure, the pratincole extends its wings, creating a formidable display to deter any potential threats. This remarkable moment captures the essence of parental dedication and the instinctual drive to safeguard future generations in the natural world."
