Here are the pictures selected by the Jury for the Collection-23.
This one's seriously special for me since i was going to mistakenly hold this branch while on a Night Trail near Sawantwadi, if it was not my colleagues headlamp which for a Micro Second shined its eyes that i realized this was a Malabar Pit Viper male. This Brown Morph was so well camouflaged that you simply cant make out if its a snake or a tree branch. Even though bites from a Malabar Pit Viper isn't fatal to humans but this was a close call nevertheless.
