Face Off : A dramatic wildlife moment when a one-horned rhinoceros facing off with a Bengal tiger Encounters like this are rare, since both are powerful apex species, but they do share habitats in places like Kaziranga National Park (Assam) and a few other protected areas of India and Nepal. The rhino looks alert, head forward, possibly in a defensive stance. The tigress was also cautious since she was with her three tiny cubs at the time of face off. The tigress hides her cubs behind of her for their safety. Photographed at Kaziranga National Park, Assam, India in January 2025.

Jawai has changed — the chaos is louder, the challenge tougher. Two years ago, spotting a leopard felt distant yet peaceful. This time, they ruled the hilltops. During golden hour, I witnessed a magical moment: a playful cub standing tall against the glowing sky, forming a perfect silhouette, while its mother watched vigilantly from below. In that fleeting light, wild beauty and raw emotion came together — and I was lucky enough to freeze it forever

This image was captured inside Bandipur Tiger Reserve, one of India’s most iconic tiger landscapes. The photograph was taken on 20/09/2025, during a quiet moment deep inside the forest. It was late in the day, when the forest slowly starts changing its mood. The light was soft, the sounds were low, and the jungle felt alive in a very subtle way. Suddenly, through a thick patch of flowering lantana, this majestic tiger appeared. It wasn’t rushing, not hunting — just calmly moving through its territory, completely aware of its surroundings.

The rarest find just got rarer - Amboli’s turquoise morph Malabar Pit Viper, and a fly that made the shot unforgettable. In Amboli, I witnessed and documented something truly extraordinary, the first sighting of the turquoise morph of the Malabar Pit Viper in the region. What made this moment even more special was the presence of an unexpected subject, a fly calmly perched on the viper’s head, adding a rare layer of storytelling to the frame.

ALIEN EMERGING: This is a photograph of snail, emerges from the bottom of the frame, its two delicate eyestalks reaching upward into a dark, star-like expanse. The background isn't a galaxy, but a deep, inky space filled with countless brilliant droplets of water, in a rainy night, each one a tiny world of light. The snail's form is a silhouette against this cosmic scene, its body a rich, earthy brown. A small creature seems to be navigating a universe of its own, turning a simple natural scene into something otherworldly and profound. The play of light and shadow transforms the familiar into the fantastic, creating a feeling of wonder and mystery. Under a vast, dark sky, a tiny explorer began its slow journey. Raindrops, like a million scattered stars, fell all around, each one a shimmering jewel against the deep blue. This little creature, a snail, poked its curious head upwards, its delicate feelers reaching out as if to touch the sparkling world above. It wasn't just a simple climb; it was an adventure into the cosmos of its own making. Every droplet held a reflection, a tiny universe the snail was navigating. With each gentle slide, it moved through this twinkling downpour, a testament to resilience and the quiet wonder of a small life embracing the grandeur of the night.

The Golden Hour Ghost: Winter in Satpura is defined by a heavy, amber light that feels almost thick enough to touch. In this shot, a lone deer stands frozen in a landscape of liquid gold. The dense December mist acts as a natural diffuser, stripping away the complexity of the forest to leave only a haunting silhouette. It is an image of profound stillness, capturing the quiet, prayer-like atmosphere of a jungle dawn.
