“In fact, not only do females decide with whom they mate, but our study has shown that a proportion choose to mate more than once each year, and with different males. Traditionally most research of this type has focused on male deer mating strategies and female behaviour during the rut was often overlooked.” It was clicked @ Panna Tiger Reserve, MP

I am a 1997 graduate from Delhi Collage of Art and started my career as an interior designer for media houses. Photography has been my passion for a very long time, but I didn’t get enough time due to my involvement in my business. Recently I got time during the COVID period and started photography again and now I’m enjoying wildlife photography as a hobby. It’s the beginning of new journey for me.I’m more inclined towards wildlife photography as it requires a lot of patience and adaptability skills that I acquire. I also have a lot of respect for wildlife which motivates me to photograph it even more.

I still remember my childhood days, when I used to sit for hours - observing the activities of the little ants, the birds and the stray animals. On getting my first Smart Phone - on clicking that first picture that's still behind my eyes, I realised that "Wow, this is something amazing." I could now capture the moments I witnessed and let others see those too. After learning photography basics from mobile, I finally got my first Camera - Canon 700d. What I used to think of as a fun activity had now became my passion. I dived more into this thing and finally started my journey of Wildlife Photography. 8 months back I bought a professional wildlife kit and now ready for unlimited crazy experiences..!!!

RED FOX What an incredible sighting of my favorite Red Fox. This beautiful animal stayed with me for some time and also gave me some of the best moments of my wildlife photography journey in extremely demanding conditions possible. It is so pity to see this animals are disturbed and hunted by feral dogs. Apart from human intervention and tourism in this area, feral dogs has become one of the biggest threat to wildlife. Location : Chicham Village, Lahul Spiti Valley Time : March 2023

"Wanna Have Some Macronis" YELLOW WATTLED LAPWING (Vanellus malabaricus) Juvenile With Catch Captured at Kutch-Gujarat Elegantly long-winged brown lapwing. Breeding adult has clean black cap, bright yellow facial wattles, and a white belly. Non-breeding adults and juveniles are more mottled overall and lack a solid black cap. Note contrasting wing and tail pattern when in flight. Prefers dry open areas, often well away from water. Gives a loud rasping tern-like call and a loud “cheeeee’it” in alarm; generally not as noisy as other lapwings.
