There are few things in the world to match the fierce beauty of a Tiger, doing its own thing in the wild. It is a sight that can reduce a grown man to paroxysms of pure joy and it is a high that can never be recaptured. These magnificent creatures are nature's gift to mankind, and it is shameful that we have allowed the tiger population to decline. Efforts are being expended to protect this species and ensure that the tiger population steadily increases in the years ahead. But there is always a threat to their well-being from poachers, hunters, and the loss of their natural habitat in addition to increasing water and food scarcity. Whatever, the challenge we must fight by the side of the glorious Tigers to make sure they have a future. For a world without Tigers, is one that has been deprived of its soul and natural beauty. This was taken in Nagerhole Tiger Reserve.vvvvv

Catwalk When he walked... I was there... and that is what matters ! This beautiful male leopard will be etched in my memory till I live. He had beautiful blue eyes, and confidence of a King. I tried my best to go low as possible as I can in my gypsy to get a beautiful frame, with the greens in the background, a nice dusty winding road and evening golden light. I just wish he had walked in that patch of light ahead of him ! EXIF: ISO 640, f2.8, 1/1250 shot at 400mm Equipment details: Sony a1 and FE 400mm f2.8 GM OSS

About Photographer
I’m a 16 year old wildlife photographer. I’ve been an animal buff for as long as I can remember.
My photography journey began when I explored the manual mode setting on my old point and shoot camera 5 years ago. I’ve been taking it seriously for the last 2-3 years now.
A Long Walk into My Kingdom! This Male Tiger is just 3 and a half years old but ruling a huge buffer zone. A shy starter has become the heartthrob but to a selected few since he doesn't believe in public appearances. One fine evening, when I was the only one to enter the zone, he mesmerized me with his long walk as if wanted to show around his ruling world. This was the longest I had walked with a Male Tiger (conservatively for 1 hour and 3-4kms)

As an avid wildlife lover and traveler, it is an unending drive to present the wildlife and natural moments through my images that brought me in the field of photography. I am a self-taught and keen learner craving for new vistas in the filed of photography.
During my last trip to Sundarban Tiger Reserve, West Bengal in the month of August, this year, I captured this moment of this tiger crossing the river in drizzle. From a distance it could hardly be realized that it was a tiger until my guide spotted it. Entire body of this giant animal was in the water. The moment it looked at us made my day.

This photo was taken by me at Singalila National Park in April 2022. Red Pandas are known to be shy & wary of human smell and it is not very easy to sight them in the wild or get close to them in open. Having trekked for a couple of kilometres into the forest, our eyes stumbled upon this handsome young man and at that moment I was totally mesmerised to see him and was awestruck before I actually got clicking this attractive gentleman. Male pandas are longer than the female counterparts, they are heavier and have stronger forelegs.

Hi there, I’m Manmeet.
An award-winning photographer from Mumbai. I have always had the fascination for birds and animals in the wild and visiting the forests or the parks always amused me. However, it was only until few years back when I had my first interaction with one of the big cats in the jungles of India and at that very moment, I knew that this was my destination.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve tried to showcase the biodiversity of these jungles through my lens and have also worked towards introducing people to the wild, helping them learn and understand these forests that cover 19.5% of the total geographical area of the country.
Today, I not only work towards exploring more species, but am also actively involved in learning more about the environment, vast flora, fauna and its conservation. Apart from driving wildlife tourism, I am also working on lines of conservation of the ecosystem thereby fostering sustainability and empowerment.
