The Conservation Battle: Had always heard about the menace of feral dogs and threat they are for the wildlife until I witnessed one of the most horrific scenes in the jungles of Tipeshwar. The male spotted deer was cornered and killed mercilessly by the two feral dogs. Feral dogs threaten local wildlife through direct predation, competition with other carnivores and through potential disease transmission.
