Tiger and The Grave: A Story Like Never Before! (Tadoba Tiger Reserve - April 2021) During the first lockdown, a Tigress with two subadult cubs in an unfortunate incidence killed an old lady in the buffer zone of Tadoba Tiger Reserve. The lady had ventured into the restricted area in search of woods and mahua. Unfortunately, she could not live to share the ordeal but her grave (as shown in the picture) was there to remind about the truth behind human-animal conflict. When I got to know about this story, never had I prepared myself for a frame where the same Tiger Family could be captured giving goosebumps to my imagination. It happened in that safari where the Tigress with her two subadult cubs were sighted and we managed to spent a good time with them. And with all the luck to my side, two of the subadults crossed the agricultural field and I could capture them infront of the grave of the same lady. This was unreal and an unbelievable experience for me, giving me an opportunity to create frames with impactful story telling.

This photo is clicked in Gir National Park, Gujarat. This lion was sitting in low light and it just looked up towards the sky for a brief moment of time with a calmness on his face. It looked like it was having a conversation with the God! This is my personal favourite!
