This image has been taken at Bhigwan, near Pune. At the right time of the year, the place is heaven for bird watchers and photographers. I love working against the light and Greater Flamingos are amazing subjects to experiment with. I ensured to stay far and get these bokehs before the sunset. This also ensured the birds exhibiting normal behavior rather attentive to me approaching. I always feel that images should be taken when the subject is comfortable and it does give amazing opportunities.
The Beast -Tara was clicked at Jawai Bera. During one evening safari we saw her sitting under the shades of big stones on the top of one hill. She was so perfectly camouflaged that we could locate her only through the help of our tracker.
