Here are the pictures selected by the Jury for the Collection-3.
Witnessed this spectacular moment of a Short-eared Owl being chased by the Black-eared kite. These owls were being mobbed for a lot of time until they found a quiet place in the bushes and settled down. I was in search of these beautiful owls for a couple of hours since morning when these two came out of nowhere and flew just above me at a distance of 60 odd feet. Shot with Sony a1 and FE 400mm f2.8 GM OSS. EXIF Details: ISO 100, 1/2500, f2.8

Tadoba Tiger Reserve (Agarzari Buffer)- April 2021 Human Animal Conflict is Real- Depicted here is a subadult Tiger who wandered in an agricultural field along with his sibling. What followed was an eye opening encounter where the scarecrow meant to scare animals was taken into task. Imagine the consequences if this tiger would have encountered human in the field? Don’t forget that human-animal conflicts are disadvantageous to animals in most of the cases.

Kottigehar Dancing Frog, a species endemic to Western Ghats in India. This was photographed at Agumbe Rainforest where post monsoon breeding can be witnessed. The uniqueness of these new species is what scientifically called 'foot flagging' behavior to attract the female at the time of breeding season. The "foot flagging" consists of the male stretching, extending and whipping their legs to the side. As I was searching for this species on the rocky terrain on the slow stream, this frog jumped over the wet rock and gave a surprise visit.

This image was shot in February 2022 in Langza, Himachal Pradesh. We were driving along the snow laden roads from Kaza to Langza, and immersed in conversation with our Guide and amongst ourselves when all of a sudden we heard the words "Leopard....Leopard" ....it took a few seconds to realise that there were two Snow Leopards on the side of the road!! In a sighting of barely 30 seconds, i managed to jus about open the door of the vehicle and shoot off a few quick pictures and hoping that my hands were steady and the settings were right! As quick was the sighting...they disappeared and we totally lost sight of them....Looking back i think this chance encounter is treasured greatly due to the unexpectedness of the sighting!

Himalayan Monals are quite shy in nature and are often found digging for tubers with their powerful bill, remaining in one spot for half an hour or sometimes, even more. This Himalayan monal, also known as the Impeyan monal and Impeyan pheasant, is a pheasant native to Himalayan forests and shrublands at elevations of 2,100–4,500 m. It is part of the family Phasianidae and is listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List. I was fascinated the composition of this frame and clicked from Chopta valley in 2021.

The Vivid Veriditer I took this picture in July 2021 at the forest edge of an idyllic hamlet tucked away in the hills of Dehradun. It was an uneventful morning, when sudden streaks of blue zipping across the tree branches caught our attention. It was a Veriditer Flycatcher couple, both male and female were busy foraging for moths and other insects. Found the male flitting between tree branches keeping his prey clutched in his bill. My focus here was to capture the spectacularly striking turquoise-blue colour mixed with hues of irridescence.
