Caption- "THE MAGNIFICENT TAKE-OFF" On a frozen Winter morning, I was in a boat, floating on Tista River, Gajoldoba, West Bengal. My target was to spot any Raptors. During searching through my Binocular, I saw an EASTERN IMPERIAL EAGLE sitting on a 'Dream Perch' & supervising its territory. I started to approach the bird as near as possible, then started shooting with my camera. After some time, The Eagle displayed its majestic wings & took off. I was able to freeze the Grand Take off event, which this shot represents.

The setting sun cast it's rays on the young princess, making her look so magnificent as she surveyed the surrounding territory from her high perch. Shot with Nikon gear D850 with Nikkor 200-500 mm.

After looking at this frame, I do not specifically need to mention the location. However why I find this freeze special is because of the position of the neck of the great egret between the feathers of the anhinga's wing feathers. Secondly I enjoyed shooting this frame because of the light and drama in the frame. It gives a feeling of Yin Yang in true sense. Also do observe every drop around the eagret's feathers ! EXIF: ISO 200, f3.2, 1/3200 shot at 400mm Equipment details: Sony a1 and FE 400mm f2.8 GM OSS

Blackbucks are stotting inside Talchhapar sanctuary. This place is popular for blackbucks and Raptors, but huge people gather on every holiday in car and carriage. The loud sound of their gossiping, deep colours of dresses like Red, make the sanctuary too much disturbed for the animals and the photographers.
