I was photographing darters fishing in the waters one morning, when I noticed Grey herons following the darters to the fishing spot. The Grey herons would wait at the edges of the water bodies and as the darter comes out of the water with a successful catch , they would swiftly swoop in to claim the fish kill from the darters. They got a few and missed a few. Luckily, I was able to catch one such moment where the heron snatches the fish right from the darter’s beak. The heron made the kill his in a blink of an eyelid , leaving the darter totally bewildered for a few seconds.
