I'm a Civil Engineer by profession and working in govt. sector over five years. I was always close to nature since childhood. Trees, flowers, insects, birds always attracted me . Though there was no camera then in my hand , I felt pleasure to sit alone away from crowds since that time. Finally at the end of 2020 I bought my first camera and started nature & wildlife photography. People say once you are in the field of birdwatching, there is never going back. So I am more into birdwatching , birdphotography now and I feel amazing in this new world. I am learning more and more day by day about birds and wildlife and also gaining some photography skills .
Gear : Nikon D7500 with 200-500 mm.
One of my favorite raptors is Osprey. Migratory birds from Europe, China or Japan come to the Purbasthali (West Bengal) every year. I have been taking pictures of this bird for two years now. I try to take a different picture of the Osprey flying in the slow shutter. After two long years I just tried to have body motion blur only eye focus. I took the picture on a cloudy day trying to do this one day. My favorite thing is that I can take pictures with damaged lenses.

Every time, it turns it's head Upside_Down, to render deadly blows to the head of its prey, to make it soft. Finally the prey is ready for a Sumptuous Meal.
