Wings power ! It is found primarily in the Himalayan. I photographed this bird while I was at Rishyap . The name of this bird is Fire-tailed Sunbird. The sunbird is one of my favorite birds. Most of the time these birds eat honey while hanging in the flowers. It is very rare to see honey flying in front of flowers. This frame was captured on my camera after about seven to eight days of continuous photography.

In the heart of Kanha National Park, a place renowned for its majestic wildlife, an extraordinary sight unfolded. It was a beautiful morning when nature enthusiasts and safari-goers were blessed with the rare opportunity to witness DJ, the tigress, and her three adorable cubs near a serene water hole. DJ was a legendary tigress, known for her regal appearance and powerful presence. Her sleek, orange-and-black striped coat shimmered under the golden rays of the rising sun. With her watchful eyes and graceful movements, she commanded respect from all who encountered her. The three cubs, a bundle of energy and curiosity, bounded around their mother, playfully pouncing on each other and wrestling with their tiny paws. Their soft roars echoed through the stillness of the forest, harmonizing with the gentle rustle of leaves. The family of tigers seemed to revel in the peaceful ambiance as they quenched their thirst, occasionally splashing the water playfully. The surrounding wildlife held its breath in awe, granting them an undisturbed moment in their natural habitat. Visitors stood in silent admiration, capturing photographs and memories that would last a lifetime. The sight of DJ and her cubs was a reminder of the delicate balance of nature and the importance of protecting these magnificent creatures. As the day wore on, the tigress and her cubs gradually disappeared into the dense foliage, leaving behind a sense of wonder and gratitude for the privilege of witnessing such a breathtaking spectacle. The sighting of DJ and her three cubs near the water hole would forever be etched in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have been present, a cherished memory of the wild beauty that thrived within Kanha National Park.

Nature's Intricate Deception: A mesmerizing snapshot captures the clandestine act of brood parasitism, as an unsuspecting host bird unknowingly nurtures the imposter's young. On this fine winter morning trail at Todoba-Andhari National Park i found out first hand the true strength of a Indian Wild Dog & why size really does not matter for a true killer ! This guy brought down a 80kg Male Spotted Deer by himself which was again surprising because Dhols usually hunt in packs. The way he dragged the entire carcass crossing the road & then took chunks of flesh & ravaging it was truly Awe-Inspiring ! This guy is a lean-mean fighting machine, RESPECT !
