THE TOSS BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH!! I captured this remarkable moment from Purbasthali Wetlands, West Bengal, India. A WHITE Throated KINGFISHER was sitting on a perch with a Frog hunt. At first, the bird killed the hunt by its sharp beaks, moved that in its mouth for a while. At last, the bird became successful to swallow the frog totally. I made a series of the whole. This image is the last shot from that series.

I was searching water monitor lizard to get a shot in which it will put out its tongue. I was riding a bike while searching for the lizard and then suddenly a local person called me and me "look there is a crocodile". I turned around my face and saw a monitor lizard that was looking for food and as I go near to it I saw that it was putting its tongue out. I clicked as many photographs as I can.

During a morning boat ride in Mangalajodi ,I found a Purple Heron was trying to catch from the marshy grassland for a long time. I was also waiting to capture some moments. After a long wait suddenly the purple heron jumped and submerged its beak into the marshy area and made a vigorous attempt to drag a snake from the marsh .The heron grabbed it and tried to fly away but unfortunately missed the catch , the snake escaped. I was able to capture this moment and made this composition.

A leaping Black Buck was one of the images I pre-visualized while planning the two days trip to Tal Chappar, in the Rajasthan state. The first day none of the Blackbucks leaped in front of me. The good part of second day also went by without my dream getting fulfilled. Towards the second day evening they started running around and unleashed their magnificent leaps. It was a real challenge to shoot their leaping. By the time I could focus on a particular animal, it would stop leaping. Then I had to follow another one and the same disappointment again! But, at the end, I managed to capture the characteristic leaping action.
