Tiger Kill-Sloth Bear This was one of the most incredible moments to witness in wildlife. A Male Tiger had made a kill, and to our surprise it was a sloth bear. We waited for 2.5 hours for Tiger to come to the spot. It was a moment of adrenaline rush when the Tiger came and picked his possession. This was in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve.

THE FINEST "FLOWER" OF THE MANGROVES:- It is a very difficult job to spot a tiger in Sundarbans, not really an everyday business. In one of our recent expeditions, after four days of tireless efforts in tracking the majestic beast, finally we got an amazing sighting of the magnificent Royal Bengal Tigress amidst the largest mangroves of the world. Particularly, this frame is one of the most unique frames from Sundarbans, where the Mangrove Princess appeared from a bush of Ceriops decandra (Locally named as 'Garan'), showed her spectacular face like a blooming flower and posed for us for a while. It was truly an enigma which we could not even dream of.

Monsoon is all about rain.... Peafowls are polygamous and live in small families. Interestingly the mating season of peacocks coincides with the monsoon season in India. During monsoons, the male and female let out a meowing call which is commonly interpreted as `minh- ao’, which means there will be rain. With the onset of the mating season, the male displays its full trail of feathers to the females. After mating, the peahen makes a nest in the underbush and lays 4 to 8 eggs, which are incubated for about 28 days. The young ones are watched over by the peahen until they can take care of themselves The picture captured on july 2021 from Bandipur national park, Karnataka. Picture details: ISO- 2500 , f7.1 , 1/1600s , focal length - 500mm

"V" FOR VICTORY:- On a Frozen Winter Morning, I was in a boat, floating on Tista River at Gajoldoba, West Bengal. My target was to capture some 'Wing Span' shots of any Raptors. During searching through my Binocular, I saw an STEPPE EAGLE sitting on ground & observing its surroundings. I started to approach the bird as near as possible, then started shooting with my camera. After some time, The Eagle displayed its majestic wings like a 'V' shape & took off. I was able to freeze the grand Take-off moment in the backdrop of clear blue sky, which this shot represents.
